Free Shipping

Cloud Cradle offers free standard shipping with an estimated shipping time of 5–8 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Please note that the 5–8 business day timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times depend on the destination, shipping carrier, weather, holidays, customs, and other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and processed before being handed over to the shipping carrier. Processing times are separate from the estimated shipping transit time.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact info.hushie@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

Carrier delays can occasionally occur after an order leaves our facility. If your tracking information appears unusually delayed or your package arrives damaged, contact us and we'll help determine the appropriate next steps.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
